Client Success Manager Application

We're looking for a reliable, people-focused team player who has a learning mindset and wants to grow with our company. A bit of background: BlueFix Digital LLC is a marketing agency that helps local service businesses (pressure washing, landscaping, cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, remodeling and more) grow their online reputation with optimized websites, a 5-star Google review system, missed call text back, and seasonal campaigns.

Right now, we need someone who loves helping people, communicates clearly in English, and is comfortable working inside the GoHighLevel CRM. You'll be the main point of contact for our clients once they sign up, making sure they get set up fast, feel taken care of, and see results.

We're looking for someone who wants to grow. As the company grows, our vision is to build a client success team, and we want the person who starts in this role to help lead it.

Responsibilities

Onboarding new clients after they sign up (setup texts and getting everything ready)
Running a launch call of about 1 hour with each new client to walk them through their system
Making website changes clients request in the HighLevel builder
Supporting clients with fast, friendly text replies
Doing weekly Google Business Profile optimizations during each client's first 2 months
Helping with setup tasks as a virtual assistant (a great way to learn our systems)

Comprehensive training will be provided.

Minimum Requirements

Fluent English (written and spoken)
Experience in customer success, account management, or client support
Available for some US evening hours (most of our clients are free after their workday)
Reliable internet and a quiet place to take calls
Organized, responsive, and takes ownership
Looking for a career, not just a job
Big PLUS if you've used GoHighLevel or worked with home service businesses

Earning Potential

$500–$2,000USD per month
